Dispensations

ICS recognises that, in the contracting market sector, many other service providers currently use dispensations from HMRC. We are also aware that HMRC have continued to express concerns over the potential abuse of dispensation arrangements.

ICS does not operate a dispensation scheme. We maintain a 'receipted expenses only' policy to ensure that our contractors remain fully revenue complaint. Our Compliance Team audit all expenses and maintain a strict observance to HMRC Expense regulations.
